My mom came up to visit last week and it seems that our custom is to take on a project. Here we go....This is my bathroom, it is small and ugly. When we first bought the house the broken glass grouted to the walls gave the house character. After a while however, I realized I didn't like Diego touching the wall fearing he would cut himself. It was impossible to clean and there was an organized attempt to be unorganized leading to grouped coloring that stood out - to us at least.
So on every wall except in the shower was similar to the picture.
Here is our helper during demolition.
Diego got to watch a lot of cartoons during the week and was very patience with the process.
Here is the 98% finished product. There is just detail work left to do.
Once again - with my mom we kicked butt.
Mom, thanks for coming and visiting and helping me take on this project, love you.

That looks so good. You should let your mom know that everytime I think of her projects, I think of Christmas ornaments and bird seed. She is good. Very good.
